The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 6,                                                            
2009, calendar (page 750), was read the third time:                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 43                                                                                                           
    "An Act relating to aquatic farm permitting involving geoducks                                                              
    and to geoduck seed transfers between certified hatcheries and                                                              
    aquatic farms."
